Job summary

Sentara Health seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle and lead major program rollouts. You will partner with operational leaders, IT, and analytics to ensure KPI impact and data-driven decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years in Revenue Cycle (or 9 years without an advanced degree); EPIC knowledge and 2+ years of management experience are expected. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle with stakeholders
• Lead project management for major program rollouts and improvements
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and analytics to implement changes
• Track operational KPIs and validate results with stakeholders
