Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will lead program rollouts, collaborate with leaders, and track KPIs to deliver impact.

This remote-capable role sits within Sentara RMH Medical Center’s broader network. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's with 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience (or 9 years without a degree) and strong EPIC knowledge, with proven management and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years Revenue Cycle experience, or 9 years Revenue Cycle experience in lieu of advanced degree.
• 2 years Management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying data or system gaps and collaborating with IT/Analytics to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Leads project management initiatives for major program rollouts with work plans and feedback loops.
• Collaborates with operational leaders at all levels to ensure issues are addressed and stakeholders are engaged.
• Learns and tracks operational KPIs to measure impact on the business model.
• Document issues and align stakeholders on burning platforms to accelerate actions.
