Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle. You will collaborate with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to improve KPI performance and ensure projects deliver measurable results.

The role requires 2+ years in management and strong EPIC knowledge, with a remote-work option available. Bachelor's degree and extensive revenue cycle experience are preferred, with 2+ years in analytics desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Revenue Cycle; or 9 years without advanced degree.
• 2+ years of management experience required; 2+ years in Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC and related data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle and achieve KPI targets.
• Lead major program rollouts, including policy, tech, and process changes with work plans.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and analytics partners to validate results.
