Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience, or 9 years without degree.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience and 2 years of analytics/reporting experience.
• Experience identifying data or system gaps and coordinating with IT/Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for major Revenue Cycle initiatives and policy changes.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive KPI improvements.
• Track operational KPIs and validate results with data and feedback loops.
