Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization and Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle, partnering with VP leadership and departmental stakeholders. You will lead program rollouts, identify data gaps, and track KPIs to ensure meaningful business impact.

You will collaborate with operations, IT, and analytics to design effective solutions, document issues, and secure stakeholder alignment for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience or 9 years of Revenue Cycle experience in lieu of advanced degree.
• Experience leading change initiatives within revenue cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify gaps in data or system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle to impact key KPIs.
• Oversee project management for major program rollouts (policy/tech/process changes).
• Collaborate with operations, IT and analytics to ensure stakeholder alignment and timely action.
• Track operational KPIs and validate results with business partners; ensure data gaps are addressed.
• Document issues and secure consensus among stakeholders for timely progress.
