Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT and Analytics to improve KPIs, policies, and processes.

A remote opportunity is available, with a base salary and comprehensive benefits. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and extensive Revenue Cycle experience, plus leadership and data-analytic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities

• Drives change initiatives across the revenue cycle.
• Leads project management for major program rollouts (policy changes, technology changes, process improvements).
• Collaborates with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to implement change and validate results.
• Learns and tracks operational KPIs and identifies data or system gaps.
