Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join our PACE organization in the United States. You will partner with sales to tailor Revenue Cloud solutions for manufacturing, automotive, energy, retail, and consumer goods clients.

You will design demos, answer technical questions, and collaborate with services and partners to ensure customer success. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and a passion for client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with Salesforce or related CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to different audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.
• Experience working with APIs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand client business requirements within Manufacturing and cross-industry segments, translating them into Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Revenue Cloud capabilities and CPQ features.
• Create and present solutions highlighting automated revenue operations and guided quoting with Agentforce.
• Answer technical questions and address client concerns throughout the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date on Revenue Cloud features and industry trends.
• Participate in industry events and webinars.
