Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join the PACE organization. You will design tailored Revenue Cloud solutions, lead product demos, and collaborate with sales, services, and partners to drive customer success for Manufacturing and related industries.

You will demonstrate CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and billing capabilities, answer technical questions, and stay current with Revenue Cloud features and best practices to help close deals faster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with Salesforce.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.
• Experience working with APIs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand client business requirements within Manufacturing, translating them into Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Revenue Cloud capabilities, including CPQ, pricing, CLM, and orders.
• Address technical questions throughout the sales process and stay up-to-date on Revenue Cloud features and best practices.
• Collaborate with services and partner community to ensure customer success.
• Participate in industry events and webinars.
