Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join the PACE team. You will design tailored Revenue Cloud solutions for Manufacturing and adjacent industries, deliver demos, and collaborate with services and partners to ensure client success.

The role emphasizes automated revenue operations, guided quoting, and leveraging AI with Agentforce to close deals faster. Strong technical and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role with Salesforce/CRM focus.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, CLM, order management, billing).
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.
• APIs experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to translate client requirements into Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery for Manufacturing and related industries.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Revenue Cloud and CPQ.
• Create solutions highlighting automated revenue ops and guided quoting with Agentforce.
• Answer technical questions and address client concerns throughout the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date on Revenue Cloud features and industry trends.
• Participate in industry events and webinars.
