Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join the Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications unit in a U.S.-based role. You will serve as the ARB domain authority, delivering presales support across ARB/ARM and guiding migrations from legacy CPQ and billing tools.

The role requires deep billing and revenue lifecycle expertise and collaboration with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue operations role within High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
• Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB), complemented by working knowledge of Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing.
• Architectural understanding of transitioning legacy CPQ/Billing to native ARM and ARB workflows.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles and how billing events feed subledgers/ERPs (e.g., NetSuite).
• Solid grasp of TMT monetization patterns (metered usage, Telecom rating, media rights pricing).
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & Support ARM as the primary technical specialist for ARB across TMT accounts and ARB/ARM suite.
• Deliver End-to-End demos, proofs of concept, and presentations anchored in ARB monetization.
• Architect migration pathways from legacy platforms (CPQ/Billing, Zuora, Oracle, Aria) to modern ARB and ARM architectures.
• Guide monetization strategy including subscription models, usage-based pricing, and media licensing.
• Bridge technical and financial teams by translating ASC 606/IFRS 15 rules into platform designs.
• Mentor Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices and contribute to product roadmaps.
