Job summary

Salesforce is hiring an experienced Solution Engineer for its Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications unit based in the United States. You will be the ARB domain authority, guiding presales across the ARM suite and architecting migrations from legacy CPQ/Billing to modern ARB/ARM solutions.

You will design demos, lead POC efforts, and collaborate with account teams to drive billing transformations and revenue lifecycle improvements while mentoring peers on best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue operations role in High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
• Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) with working knowledge of Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing.
• Architectural mindset on transitioning legacy CPQ/Billing to native ARM/ARB objects and workflows.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition and how billing events feed subledgers and ERPs (e.g., NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & Support ARB across TMT accounts with ARM support.
• Deliver end-to-end demos, POCs, and presentations aligned to ARB monetization.
• Architect migration pathways from legacy platforms to ARB/ARM architectures.
• Advise on monetization strategies including subscription, usage-based pricing, and media licensing.
• Bridge revenue recognition rules and ERP integrations into modern platform designs.
• Mentor colleagues on ARB/ARM best practices and gather customer feedback for product roadmaps.
