Job summary

NEOGOV in California seeks a Revenue AI & Automation Architect to design end-to-end AI pipelines, data flows, and prompt engines that turn raw sales data into actionable intelligence for CRO and VP levels.

You will own architecture, integrate Salesforce and Gong, and deliver role-specific intelligence: CRO brief, director scorecard, seller action sheet, and marketing intelligence brief, with a focus on measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or adjacent B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on in AI/automation workflows and multi-step pipelines.
• Salesforce CRM proficiency at a working-owner level.
• Gong or similar conversation intelligence experience.
• Ability to translate data into executive-grade insights.
• CSV/JSON data familiarity; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience with MCP/API/data connectors.
• Strong executive-level written and verbal communication.
• ABM strategy and intent data knowledge for pipeline.
• Experience with Pursuit.us/Starbridge/6Sense tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system architecture, data architecture, automation design and maintenance of NEOGOV’s AI-powered Revenue Operating System.
• Manage integration layer connecting sales and marketing tech; ensure clean data flows and monthly production reliability.
• Build and improve AI workspace transforming inputs into audience-specific intelligence; design prompts and outputs.
• Maintain monthly signal data pack transforming raw data into AI inputs for outputs.
• Define and maintain signal taxonomy and weighting; deliver insights to audiences.
• Identify data quality gaps; fix mapping issues with Gong, Salesforce and Pursuit admins.
• Design feedback capture frameworks feeding back to central AI system.
• Create distinct intelligence outputs for CRO brief, Director scorecard, seller action sheet, and Marketing Intelligence brief.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI tools; advise on adoption decisions.
• Translate data patterns into executive narratives for CRO/C-suite decisions.
• Identify data gaps and coordinate with sales tools platforms to resolve issues.
