Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking an experienced GTM AI Engineer to join our global team and contribute to the Revenue Velocity engine.

You will help build AI-powered infrastructure to enable Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams to focus on high-value selling and automate GTM workflows. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design, deploy, and monitor automation that improves funnel velocity and data quality across CRM systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and lifecycle ops.
Hands-on experience with webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows.
Identify gaps and ensure the funnel from first meeting to renewal runs smoothly.
Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity.
Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records for accuracy.
Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows to reduce drag.
Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
Evolve the GTM stack and ensure scalable, reliable workflows.
