OpenGov Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a GTM Engineer within the Applied AI team to design and build AI-driven revenue workflows across SDR, AE, and CSM roles.

You’ll turn procurement data, contract intelligence, and contact records into actionable sequences and renewal insights. This role blends technical product management with GTM strategy, partnering with RevOps and sales leadership to own end-to-end solutions—from problem discovery to adoption—while maintaining human oversight and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
4–7 years in technical product management or GTM operations.
Experience using AI tools in a professional context.
Hands-on building and operating agents or automation.

Responsibilities

Own the AI-native signal-to-action layer for Sales and CSM workflows.
Design and ship in-house revenue systems with roadmap ownership.
Define human oversight gates and escalation paths for agents.
Build evaluation frameworks to verify agent performance.
Monitor production agent activity and link to revenue outcomes.
