Job summary

AssemblyAI, Inc. is hiring a Senior GTM AI Engineer to build the pipelines, internal tools, and agents that drive which companies we target and how our sellers engage them.

You will implement production automations, research accounts, and draft outreach, while keeping CRM data clean and actionable. You will work with AEs, SDRs, and GTM leaders to automate workflows, assess pipeline impact, and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer.
• Strong Python and SQL; produced end-to-end automations.
• Experience building with LLMs beyond a single prompt; multi-step agents.
• Familiar with Claude Code or similar AI tooling; daily usage.

Responsibilities

• Write code daily in Python; build small internal apps and data pipelines.
• Develop agents for account research, lead qualification, and CRM hygiene.
• Turn product usage data into actionable signals for sellers.
• Integrate CRM, enrichment, and outbound tools; ensure data moves without human input.
• Prototype quickly, measure outcomes, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing leadership.
