Job summary

Gusto is seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to design, implement, and support AI-driven workflows that power the company’s revenue engine. You will collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

In this role, you’ll build integrations with Salesforce and GTM tools, measure impact, and help define AI-native selling at scale. A strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue Operations or 2–4 years in an AI-focused company
• Experience building and implementing automation to improve productivity or revenue
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows
• Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses) and linking insights to business impact
• Strong program execution and prioritization skills across multiple cross-functional streams
• Technical background is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• AI-native mindset: curious and adaptive to shape AI in revenue operations

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI strategy and roadmap with technology evaluation and business use cases
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to streamline GTM processes
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities
• Define and maintain evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, and business impact
• Implement integrations between Salesforce, GTM tools, and the data warehouse
• Assist in model and vendor evaluation to enable scalable AI tools
• Support rollout and adoption of AI initiatives with clear ownership and training
• Scale reusable automation patterns across teams with guardrails
