Cresta is hiring an AI Engineer (GTM) to rebuild how go-to-market and revenue operations work. You will collaborate with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and Rev Ops to design and deploy an AI-native operating system for the revenue engine.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (SF/NYC focus). You will write code, integrate with Salesforce, Gong, and other tools to automate account planning, prioritization, and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Engineer who can bridge deep technical ability with GTM understanding.
• Experience writing code and using APIs to automate workflows.
• Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks and AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Help GTM teams prioritize the right accounts using data and AI.
• Surface hard-to-find intelligence about accounts, footprint, tech stack and signals.
• Automate deal execution, quoting, approvals, and document generation.
