TurfCasa is seeking a remote customer support specialist to help customers navigate returns and document each request. You will coordinate with on-site fulfillment teams to ensure proper review and resolution while maintaining clear, accurate case notes.

The role accepts entry-level applicants with paid training, full-time hours, and a start pay of $19.25–$22.50 per hour. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome, with payroll and schedule details provided in advance.

Help customers navigate returns and keep each request organized.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Collect order details and document return or product concerns.
• Explain approved return procedures and coordinate review by the appropriate team.
• Track on-site inspection findings and communicate authorized next steps to customers.

What will help you succeed

Patient communication and accurate case notes. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
