Job summary

Ascensus Consulting is seeking a Manager to oversee a staff of Consultants and Assistants delivering excellent client service to plan sponsors, brokers/agents and financial partners in all retirement plan services. The Manager will lead the staff in maintaining service standards and an environment that promotes achievement and professional growth.

You will hire, train, coach and provide performance feedback; coordinate with other managers; monitor service levels and productivity; and produce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry certs preferred (ASPPA, CEBS).
7-10 years total industry experience and 3-5 years supervisory/managerial experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus Consulting services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage staff to deliver excellent client service to plan sponsors, brokers/agents and partners.
Lead and develop team performance, including feedback, appraisals and training.
Coordinate with other managers to ensure consistent professional services.
Monitor service levels, phone activity and productivity; produce reports.
Develop staffing strategies and workflow improvements; participate in planning.
