You will maintain service standards while guiding professional growth and collaboration across teams.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance coaching, and cross-functional leadership to ensure consistent, compliant service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory/managerial industry experience.
• 7-10 years overall industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of Consultants and Assistants to deliver excellent client service.
• Maintain service standards and an environment that promotes achievement and professional growth.
• Monitor service levels, phone activity, and associate productivity and metrics.
• Plan and organize workflow to meet service commitments; produce weekly/monthly production reports.
• Develop staffing strategies and coordinate training and instruction of new associates.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and help implement changes.
• Participate in hiring processes and provide performance feedback.
