Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Client Services Consultant to deliver expert service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will apply retirement plan knowledge and Ascensus capabilities to resolve complex issues and provide consultative, value-added guidance.

You will partner with Relationship Managers to drive client satisfaction, protect data, mentor colleagues, and support continuous improvement across the retirement operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience in Retirement Services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products to resolve complex issues.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage escalation items and coordinate with teams to deliver solutions.
