Job summary

FuturePlan, part of Ascensus, seeks a Manager to supervise Consultants and Assistants delivering premier retirement plan services. You will lead staff to uphold service standards, drive professional growth, coach performance, and coordinate across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, and development, monitor productivity, and push process improvements while aligning with Ascensus Consulting goals and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree or industry certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of industry experience with 3–5 years in supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Provide periodic feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate across teams for consistent professional services.
• Monitor service levels and associate productivity.
• Develop staffing strategies and training programs.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement changes.
• Manage recruitment and staff development.
