Job summary

Busey Retirement Plan Services seeks an Internal Sales Consultant to support growth and service existing retirement plan relationships in Peoria. You will partner with the sales team to respond to proposals, conduct analyses, tailor presentations, and assist with onboarding and vendor management.

You will stay current on industry trends and regulations, communicate them to clients, and help identify policy or process improvements while handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years retirement plan service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retirement plan laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by responding to proposal requests from prospective clients.
• Analyze data and benchmark fees, services and investments for prospects and current clients.
• Prepare tailored proposal presentations based on analysis.
• Assist with onboarding retirement plan business and vendor management.
• Communicate industry trends and regulatory updates to clients and team.
• Provide ongoing support for existing relationships and identify process improvements.
