Job summary

Busey is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant to support sales growth and service existing retirement plan relationships in Edwardsville, IL. You will collaborate with the sales team on proposals, conduct analyses of fees, services and investments, and position our solutions against competitors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years in retirement plan services, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Office and virtual meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of retirement plan service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of retirement plan laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite required.
• Experience with various virtual meeting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls.
• Research and benchmark retirement plan fees, services and investments for prospects and clients.
• Prepare proposal presentations for the sales team based on analysis.
• Assist onboarding of new retirement plan business and coordinate with external vendors.
• Support existing client relationships proactively and reactively.
• Identify areas for process or policy improvements within service levels.
