Job summary

Busey is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant to support sales growth and service existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team in Champaign, IL. The role involves analyzing prospective clients, preparing tailored proposals, and assisting with onboarding and ongoing client service.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retirement plan service, with strong communication and analytical skills and knowledge of industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years retirement plan service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of retirement plan laws and regulations preferred.
• Ongoing industry training and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls with prospects.
• Analyze information for prospective and current retirement plan clients; benchmark fees, services and investments.
• Understand competitors and position our solutions effectively.
• Prepare and tailor proposal presentations based on final analysis for the sales team.
