Busey is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant for Retirement Plan Services to support sales growth and service existing relationships. You will partner with the sales team to handle proposal requests, participate in discovery calls, and tailor presentations based on analyses.

You will analyze retirement plan data, benchmark fees, and respond to product questions while onboarding new clients and coordinating with external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
