Job summary

Busey is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant to support sales growth and service existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team. The role partners with the sales group on proposal requests and participates in discovery calls.

You will analyze client information, benchmark fees and investments, respond to product questions, assist onboarding of new retirement plan business, and stay current on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retirement plan trends, regulations and rules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls.
• Research and examine information for prospective and current retirement plan clients and benchmark fees, services and investments.
• Prepare and tailor proposal presentations for the sales team based on final analysis.
• Respond to technical product and competitive positioning questions.
• Assist with onboarding of new retirement plan business, including compliance items and external vendor management.
