Job summary

Busey is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant to support sales growth and service existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team.

The role involves partnering with the sales team on proposals, analyzing retirement plan data, understanding regulations, and assisting with onboarding and client reviews to drive service excellence and growth in our Illinois market.

Qualifications

• Robust oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills necessary to process and interpret multiple data points and present findings in writing.
• Retirement plan industry trends, regulations and rules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls.
• Research and analyze information for retirement plan clients and benchmark fees, services and investments.
• Position solutions against competitors and tailor proposals for the sales team.
• Prepare review materials for existing clients and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding of new retirement plan business including compliance and vendor management.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations and communicate them to clients.
