Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and completion of required training.
• 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and flexible spending accounts to decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with financial advisor channels to secure referrals.
• Prospect via phone, mail, seminars, and client visits to win new business.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and refer to appropriate Paychex team.
