Job summary

Paychex is looking for a dynamic Retirement Plan Sales Representative to drive new business within the Human Resource Services space. You will present retirement and flexible spending products to key decision makers, schedule visits, and secure referrals from financial advisors and clients to grow revenue.

The role requires strong sales skills, prior experience in sales management, and completion of required Paychex training. Travel for conferences and training may be required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; completion of required training programs and/or certification may be needed.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management roles is required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and 401(k)/FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current sources to secure referrals.
• Identify customer needs and align Paychex solutions to increase revenue and market share.
• Enter prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless selling and service.
• Travel outside geographical territory as needed for conferences or training sessions.
