Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to drive new business by presenting retirement plan and flexible spending account products to final decision makers and end users, across in-person or virtual engagements.

You will travel as needed, manage prospects in Salesforce, and work to expand client relationships while maintaining Paychex's reputation for integrity, service excellence, and innovative benefits solutions.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using calls, direct mail, seminars, client visits, or local marketing to gain new clients.
