Paychex is recruiting for a Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base within the Human Resource Services organization. You will present retirement and FSA products to decision makers and end users, using Salesforce to manage prospects and clients. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsabilités

• Presents Paychex retirement and flexible spending account products and services to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources, especially the financial advisor channel and registered investment advisor community.
• Prospects using telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs to seek new clients and referral sources.
• Analyzes the prospects’ needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate.
• Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork and expense reports by agreed dates; enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com.
• Projects a positive image in representing the Corporation to uphold Paychex’s reputation.
• Develops technical, competitive and sales skills; completes SAFE exams to stay current on product knowledge; participates in training.
• May be required to travel outside geographical territory for conferences, training sessions and/or meetings.
