Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base for retirement plan products and related services within the United States. You will present Paychex solutions to decision makers, build relationships with financial advisor and investment advisor channels, and expand revenue through new client acquisition and referrals.

You’ll manage prospecting activities, schedule meetings, and document client information in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training/certification.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect using calls, mail, seminars, and other local programs to grow the client base.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and determine appropriate Paychex solutions.
