Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative in the United States to drive new business by presenting retirement plan and flexible spending account options to decision makers and end users. You will schedule meetings, identify referral sources, and leverage Salesforce.com to track prospects and client interactions.

You will travel as needed for conferences and training, while continuing to grow product knowledge and sales skills to close deals and expand market share.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs or certification.

Responsabilidades

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending account products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using telephone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to seek new clients and referral sources.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and determines appropriate products.
• Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless selling and service.
• Projects a positive image and maintains Paychex reputation.
• Develops technical and sales skills; completes SAFE examinations and participates in training.
• May travel outside territory for conferences or trainings.

Educación

H.S. Diploma - Required

2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management

Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification
