Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on the Retirement organization to prospect remotely and manage the full sales cycle from a designated Inside Sales Hub. The role targets brokers and end users, driving new business and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, presenting Paychex solutions to stakeholders, and tracking activities with forecasting tools. Travel may be required for conferences or trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, demonstrate and close business to meet quota.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing to meet quota.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to decision makers.
• Schedule appointments with broker referrals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Track activities and forecasts using technology tools.
• Travel may be required for conferences or trainings.
