Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training programs.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals and increase revenue.
• Prospect via phone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to grow the client base.
• Assess prospects’ needs and determine appropriate products for clients.
