Job summary

Paychex is seeking Retirement Inside Sales Representatives to prospect remotely and manage the entire sales cycle from within a designated Paychex Inside Sales Hub. You’ll engage with customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels to effectively close deals and meet sales targets for the Retirement organization.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma with 2 years of relevant sales experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing to achieve quota.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders through virtual interactions.
• Schedule appointments with broker referrals to secure referrals to end users.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social engagements, and follow up on marketing leads to qualify opportunities and generate pipeline.
• Use technology tools to accurately track activities and forecasts.
• Collect data to support underwriting process and close sales.
• Project a positive image while representing Paychex to clients and the community.
• Travel may be required for conferences, training sessions, or area meetings.
