Job summary

Belite Bio in Miami, FL is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead launch readiness and drive product adoption within the ophthalmology space. You will build strategic territory plans, engage retina specialists and academic centers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate market uptake while ensuring compliance and patient access.

This role requires 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales, launch experience, and willingness to travel 20-60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Prior product launch experience, ideally in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.
• Strong understanding of the payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access support models.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-60% of the time based on territory footprint.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Build relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and academic centers.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional and national conferences and advocacy events.
