Job summary

Belite Bio seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained growth in the eye care market, focusing on retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and related care networks.

You will translate national strategy to a local plan, educate on disease state and therapy adoption, and collaborate across Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Ops to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Experience in ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease preferred; specialty pharmacy is a plus.
• Prior product launch experience in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.
• Strong understanding of payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access support.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Build disease state and product knowledge to deliver aligned messaging.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and associated staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Commercial Ops.
• Represent Belite Bio at conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and PhRMA Code; uphold ethics.
