Job summary

Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness, product adoption, and sustained growth in the eye-care market. You will educate retina specialists, comprehensive ophthalmologists, optometrists, and genetic counselors while aligning with access strategies and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, ophthalmology experience, and willingness to travel 20–60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
Prior product launch experience in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.
Strong payer/reimbursement knowledge including hub services and patient access support models.
Willingness to travel 20–60% of the time and live in the territory.

Responsibilities

Translate brand strategy into a territory business strategy and plan to meet sales objectives.
Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
Build disease state knowledge and align messaging with compliance standards.
Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, genetic counselors, and academic centers.
Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Ops and field teams.
Represent Belite Bio at regional/national conferences and advocacy events.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
