Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and ongoing commercialization of retinal therapies in the Indianapolis area. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and care networks while building strong accounts and patient-access strategies.

The role requires a proven track record in complex pharma/biotech sales, cross-functional collaboration, and a willingness to travel 20–60% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Experience launching and commercializing products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payer/reimbursement and patient access support.

Responsabilités

• Translate national brand strategy into territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Build and maintain disease-state and product knowledge for compelling education.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and care teams.
• Manage territory budget and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
• Represent Belite Bio at conferences and advocacy events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launch plans.
