Job summary

Belite Bio seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and commercial growth within the Baltimore-DC territory. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other health care stakeholders about disease state and patient access, while partnering with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, ophthalmology exposure, and a proven track record of strategic, compliant, high-impact field

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
Experience in ophthalmology or rare/orphan diseases is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate national brand strategy into a territory plan, aligning activity and sales objectives.
Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
Build disease state and product knowledge to deliver compelling, compliant messaging.
Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and academic centers.
Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
Demonstrate ownership mindset with prioritized accounts and data-driven opportunities.
Monitor leads and referrals, elevate field insights to sales leadership.
Represent Belite Bio at regional/national retina conferences and advocacy events.
Ensure full compliance with FDA rules, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
Foster collaboration, integrity, and high-performance in a fast-paced startup environment.
