Job summary

Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and ongoing commercial growth within the Atlanta eye care community. You will engage retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other stakeholders to educate on disease state and support patient access.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, ophthalmology experience preferred, and willingness to travel 20–60% within territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech/medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology or retina experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with product launches in small/pre-commercial biopharma is a plus.
• Understanding of payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access support.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory plan to meet sales and access goals.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and education.
• Develop disease state and product knowledge to educate customers.
• Build relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and care teams.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launch strategies.
