Job summary

Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained growth in the eye care market. You will educate retina specialists, academies, and clinics on disease state and new therapies, aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and access.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, managing budgets, and engaging key decision-makers while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred.
• Prior product launch experience, ideally in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.
• Strong understanding of the payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access support models.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Build proficiency in disease state, patient journey and product knowledge for compelling messaging.
• Build relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, genetic counselors, and office staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and adapt based on lead/lag indicators and competitive intelligence.
• Represent Belite Bio at retinal conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
