Job summary

Belite Bio in the Boston area is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained commercialization for retinal therapies. You will translate strategy into a territory plan, educate retina specialists, and collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to accelerate market uptake and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Prior product launch experience in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.
• Strong understanding of payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access support models.
• Proven ability to build relationships with academic and community retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and related providers.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; high integrity in a compliance-forward culture.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-60% of the time based on territory footprint.
• Must live in territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and corresponding tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, listening, probing, and patient access education.
• Build disease state knowledge and product knowledge to deliver aligned messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other eye-care staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrate ownership mindset with prioritized opportunities and resource use.
• Monitor lead/lag indicators and communicate insights to sales leadership.
• Represent Belite Bio at conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with FDA, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
