Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics seeks a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch our retina product in a large multi-state territory, primarily Tampa and Orlando. You will own the end-to-end customer relationship from first contact to long-term growth and drive adoption with retina specialists and practice networks.

Expect to lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions, navigate reimbursement, and collaborate across teams to ensure patient access to our treatment option.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech or medical-device sales, with at least 3 years in retina practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill in the physician office setting.
• Established professional relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own all commercial activity across a large, multi-state territory as the primary point of contact for retina specialist practices and networks.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions, including cost, reimbursement, and J-code billing.
• Guide practices through purchasing via distributors, GPOs, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Access & Reimbursement, Strategic Accounts, and Trade & Distribution teams within compliance boundaries.
• Launch leadership: open new accounts, establish brand, and shape playbooks for future teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and territory budget.
