Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch and grow our retina product across a broad territory, with a main focus on Miami, FL.

You will own commercial activity, build relationships with retina specialists, and lead buy-and-bill discussions in-office to optimize reimbursement and access. Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience.
• At least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialist practices.
• Strong clinical acumen and compliant, compelling communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a large, multi-state retina territory and be the primary contact for retina practices and networks.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions, including reimbursement and coding considerations.
• Drive adoption from interest to regular use by guiding treatment protocols and formulary decisions.
• Launch leadership as part of the pioneering Expedition Team in the U.S. market.
• Ensure compliance with PhRMA Code and company policies while managing territory budget.
