Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is building a national field team to launch its lead product for wet AMD.

You will be one of 19 Key Account Managers, owning a large multi-state territory from Day 1 and leading all aspects of the customer relationship in retina practices. You will drive in-office buy-and-bill conversations, guide practices through Medicare/reimbursement, and align with Access, Reimbursement, and Distribution teams to ensure successful adoption and reorder.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical-device sales.
• At least 3 years calling on Retina specialists.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill products in-office.
• Established relationships with Retina decision-makers.
• Experience driving adoption of a new product across multiple stakeholders.
• Consistently met or exceeded sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Own territory and accounts from Day 1 across Retina practices and networks.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions, reimbursement, and billing.
• Drive adoption through clinical protocols, formulary decisions, and training.
• Launch leadership as part of the expedition team, sharing insights with leadership.
• Maintain compliant records and manage territory budget and resources.
