Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics is seeking a field-based National Accounts KAM to launch our lead retina product across a multi-state territory, with main focus on Cincinnati, OH. You will own the full customer relationship from first call through long-term growth and report to the National Sales Director.

You will develop Day 1, Day 7, and Day 30 action plans, lead buy-and-bill conversations, and drive adoption across stakeholders while partnering with Access & Reimbursement and Trade & Distribution teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales.
• At least 3 years calling on Retina practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill in office setting.
• Established relationships with Retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own territory from Day 1 with an action plan for top retina practices.
• Lead buy-and-bill discussions, including reimbursement and billing.
• Drive adoption from interest to first order to routine use.
• Collaborate with Access & Reimbursement, Strategic Accounts and Trade teams.
• Build relationships with champions and regional thought leaders.
