Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a field-based Key Account Manager to launch our retina product across a broad geography, including Detroit and Grand Rapids. You will own the full customer relationship from Day 1 and drive adoption in retina practices.

You will lead account planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and navigate buy-and-bill discussions, reimbursement, and practice economics. This is a high-visibility, growth-focused role in a fast-moving specialty company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with direct retina calls.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill products in physician offices.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Experience driving adoption of new products across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop Day 1–Day 7–Day 30 action plans for retina practices.
• Own commercial activity across a large territory and manage accounts.
• Map account decision structures: physicians, owners, admins, and staff.
• Lead adoption and implementation across stakeholders in practices.
• Collaborate with Access & Reimbursement, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to drive access.
